HR Specialist at Bollerups Agricultural Institute

Bollerups Agricultural Institute is seeking an HR specialist who wants to work broadly, independently, and close to operations in an organization with a clear mission and a long tradition. Here, you will have a central role with responsibility for both payroll management and qualified HR support to managers and operations.

About Bollerup

Bollerups Agricultural Institute is a foundation with over 150 years of history. The operations include an agricultural high school with boarding facilities, farming with crop production and animal husbandry, as well as property management of around 90 properties on the same estate. The organization consists of approximately 80 employees in various professional fields. It is a stable operation with low employee turnover and a clear connection to both tradition and development.

About the Role

The role of HR specialist is broad and responsible. You will work both operationally and developmentally, playing an important role in ensuring that personnel work is of high quality, accurate, and complies with applicable laws and agreements.

With us, you will work with recruitment, employment contracts, interpretation and application of collective agreements, as well as support for managers in labor law matters. The operations are covered by several collective agreements within the teaching area, the civil service area, and the labor side, which requires accuracy and good knowledge of agreements.

You will act as a qualified sounding board for managers on issues related to work environment, rehabilitation, competence development, and personnel matters. The role involves close collaboration with operations and requires both integrity and the ability to build trust. Much of your working time will be spent out in the operations.

A smaller part of the position consists of payroll administration for approximately 80 employees. You will be responsible for the entire payroll process, including the calculation of vacation pay, working hours, overtime, and on-call duty. Salaries are managed in Kontek Lön, and the organization also uses Kontek HRM as support in HR work.

There is also room to work on the development of routines and processes within HR and payroll, such as digitization, efficiency improvements, and quality assurance. The position is approximately 75 percent, with the possibility to discuss the extent.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is confident in their professional role and enjoys a broad HR function where you can take overall responsibility. You have experience of independent work within HR and are used to handling payroll processes from start to finish.

You have good knowledge of labor law and collective agreements and feel comfortable in dialogue with managers regarding personnel issues. It is important that you have a structured approach and high accuracy, especially in payroll management where quality and correctness are crucial.

As a person, you are professional, down-to-earth, and trustworthy. You have the ability to handle both routine tasks and more complex personnel matters. You can prioritize, make decisions, and drive issues forward independently.

Experience from a smaller or medium-sized organization is an advantage, as is experience with several collective agreements. If you have previously worked in Kontek Lön and Kontek HRM, that is a plus, but the most important thing is your competence and your ability to understand systems and processes.
